Festival Registration Rates (non-refundable) Early Bird Registration: $100

REFUND POLICY

FESTIVAL REGISTRATIONS are refundable or transferrable (i.e. switching names from one person to another) at the rate paid, up to 24 hours prior to the first event of the Festival. Once the Festival has begun, FESTIVAL REGISTRATIONS will not be refunded. FESTIVAL REGISTRATIONS purchased on-site (during Festival) are not eligible for a refund.

LOST BADGE FEE POLICY

FESTIVAL participants must be registered for Festival and carry a badge at all times. If, for any reason, a badge is lost, participants will not have access to any Festival event. Participants may go to the Festival Registration table and obtain a replacement badge for $10.00.

Participants must select a WEEK PASS or the appropriate DAY PASS. Whomever is completing this form must enter a "0" (the number zero) in the boxes that are not being purchased. For example, if an individual or school is buying 5 Week Passes and 2 Saturday Passes, a "0" must be entered in Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. PLEASE NOTE:We changed the registration form so that you only need to list the number of registrations you need. You do not need to provide the names of all of your registrants. You will receive a separate email requesting the final list of names for your school's participants. Too many schools did not know the names of all the students they are registering until closer to the festival, but wanted to register early to get the early bird rate. This resulted in us having to change the names of the registrants multiple times before the festival. So, we moved it to a separate form closer to the festival to eliminate the administrative confusion. Please fill out the form as indicated, it will serve as your registration for all of your attendees.
