INTERACT REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT FORM
Students must have registered and paid the Festival Registration Fee (a separate expense) in order to participate in the InterAct Auditions and Interviews program. If you have any questions whether or not you have been registered for Festival, please check with your Faculty coach or sponsor prior to completing this form.

The fee to participate in the InterAct Auditions and Interviews is $25. On-site registration will be available but limited to a first come, first served basis. If you are registering for your students, please list each students first name and last name and select what type of InterAct they are participating in (Audition or DTM Interview). You may register up to 20 per form. More than 20 will require completing this form a second time.
FESTIVAL REGISTRATIONS and INTERACT REGISTRATIONS are refundable or transferrable (i.e. switching names from one person to another) at the rate paid, up to 24 hours prior to the first event of the Festival. Once the Festival has begun, FESTIVAL REGISTRATIONS will not be refunded. FESTIVAL REGISTRATIONS purchased on-site (during Festival) are not eligible for a refund.
LOST BADGE POLICY
FESTIVAL participants must be registered for Festival and carry a badge at all times. If, for any reason, a badge is lost, participants will not have access to any Festival event. Participants may go to the Festival Registration table and obtain a replacement badge for $10.00.

This form serves as your receipt for the InterAct Auditions and Interviews. Each person must register individually. Please do not use autofill to complete this form. Thank you. Student participants in the InterAct Program must complete the Festival Registration and pay that fee in order to be eligible for the auditions and interviews.
