CONFERENCE 57 REGISTRATION CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FORM

This form is to be used for group as well as individual registrations. If you are an individual please include the Institution/Affiliation to which you belong, but provide your personal phone, email, and address. If you are a group, please fill out the form for your entire group. Completing this form serves as your receipt/invoice for Conference Registration.

Conference Registration Rates:(non-refundable within 24 hours of the first event of Conference): Through December 15, 2024: $125.00 December 16-February 8, 2025: $140 (online registration closes on February 9th at 11:59 pm, PST) On-site Registration: $165 (opens at Conference) Day Pass: $55 (ONLY available at Conference)

REFUND POLICY

CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS are refundable or transferrable (i.e. switching names from one person to another) at the rate paid, up to 24 hours prior to the first event of the conference. Once the Conference has begun, CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS will not be refunded. CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS purchased on-site (during Conference) are not eligible for a refund.

LOST BADGE FEE POLICY

CONFERENCE participants must be registered for Conference and carry a badge at all times. If, for any reason, a badge is lost, participants will not have access to any Conference event. Participants may go to the Conference Registration table and obtain a replacement badge for $10.00.

In-person registration is required for all Conference 57 attendees.

UPDATED REGISTRATION NOTES

PLEASE NOTE: The registration form has changed so that you only need to list the number of registrations you need. You do not need to provide the names of all of your registrants. You will receive a separate email requesting the final list of names for your school's participants. Too many schools did not know the names of all the students they are registering until closer to the Conference, but wanted to register early to get the early bird rate. This resulted in us having to change the names of the registrants multiple times before the Conference. So, we moved it to a separate form closer to the Conference to eliminate the administrative confusion. Please fill out the form as indicated, it will serve as your registration for all of your attendees.

Early Bird Registration

For all in-person attendees. Required for all Irene Ryan Nominees. For those registering for the entire Conference, in person at the Conference.

On-site Conference registration

For all in-person attendees. Required for all Irene Ryan Nominees. For those registering for the entire Conference, in person at the Conference.

Price: $165.00

1-day Conference registration

For all in-person attendees. Required for all Irene Ryan Nominees. For those registering for 1 day of the festival, in person at the festival.
