Attendees This form is to be used for group as well as individual registrations.If you are an individual please include the Institution/Affiliation to which you belong, but provide your personal phone, email, and address.If you are a group, please fill out the following for each attendee. If you are registering more than 20 attendees you will have to submit another form. You may, however, make a single payment by filling in the total for all registrations on the online payment link that you will be taken to if you are paying by credit card.Next Step Auditions/Interviews There is a $10.00 charge to audition or interview for the companies participating in Next Step. You may pay this fee with your registration or you may pay it at festival when you check in at the Next Step registration desk. In addition to checking the button below, you will need to register online by using the Next Step Registration Form For Students.

You will receive a confirmation of your registration which will serve as an invoice when you hit the submit button. Once you click on the submit button you will be taken to a page to link to an online payment oppotunity. A receipt of any online payment wil be sent by email. Nothing will be mailed to you. Your registration packet and badge will be waiting for you at the Registration table at the conference.
